titleOfInvention | PROCEDURE FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF FLUID FLOWING IN A FLUID LINE |
abstract | It is already known to examine fluid lines with regard to critical loads and to examine a branching fluid flow from a fluid line for this purpose. As part of the investigation, an image recognition takes place, with the aid of which any germs found in the fluid flow can be detected. However, such examinations are often very time-consuming, since the evaluations carried out on site require a lot of computing capacity and therefore expensive devices have to be kept available at each sampling point. Against this background, the invention proposes a two-stage evaluation method in which a simple process computer carries out a rough real-time preliminary analysis and, in the event of suspicion, sends the determined images to a central data processing unit. This carries out a detailed analysis to clarify the suspicion. If critical objects were actually detected, an alarm is triggered and a sample is immediately taken from the monitored fluid flow. |
