The fiber-reinforced bone substitute material is an injectable, bioresorbable and fiber-reinforced calcium oasphate composition which, as starting material, contains the components (a) a bioresorbable calcium phosphate material which comprises at least one type of calcium phosphate and forms a cement when it hardens, (b) bioresorbable polymeric fibers with ( i) a fiber length of 2 mm or less and with (ii) a lateral surface which has groove-like or channel-like depressions and / or rib-like bulges extending in the direction of the fiber length, which are equally or differently spaced from one another, and (c) comprises a flow agent. |
