abstract This disclosure provides methods and systems for thermoelectric recovery of waste heat from turbocharger systems. Methods and systems for using thermoelectric generators to recover waste heat from turbocharger systems and to diagnose them are provided. In one example, a method may include adjusting one or more engine operating parameters based on an amount of power generated from one or more thermoelectric generators coupled to a turbocharger.
