titleOfInvention A molding method using an additive molding apparatus and an additive molding apparatus
abstract A molding method using an additive molding apparatus is a molding method of additively molding a molded article by melting metal powder by irradiation of a shaping optical beam and then curing the molten metal powder. The molding method has a first step S10 of preparing a first layer 15A of the molded article having on a top surface of the first layer 15A a groove portion 43 formed in a recessed manner along a predetermined axis in an irradiation area Ar1 on a base plate 27 ; a second step S20 of supplying the metal powder to the gutter section 43; and a third step S30 of applying the shaping optical beam L1 to the metal powder supplied to the groove portion 43 to melt the metal powder after the process of the second step S20.
