abstract | A method is provided for evaluating abrasion resistance and breaking strength by highly accurate analysis of the aggregation (dispersion) of sulfur-based materials in polymer composites. The present invention relates to a method of evaluating abrasion resistance and breaking strength, the method comprising: irradiating a polymer composite material containing at least one sulfur-based material selected from the group consisting of sulfur and sulfur compounds with higher X-rays Intensity; measuring the X-ray absorption of a sensing region of the polymer composite material by varying the energy of the X-rays; calculating the areas of locations having a high sulfur concentration equal to or greater than a predetermined value in a two-dimensional map image of the sulfur concentration of the measurement region; and evaluating the abrasion resistance and breaking strength based on the areas. |
