abstract The invention includes the use of a glycosidase and glycosides specific for this which have a color change on hydrolysis. In this way, a possible denaturation of other enzymes can be recognized in a test system. The invention makes it possible in particular to detect false positive detection of inhibitors of acetylcholine esterase, since glycosidases are not inhibited by these inhibitors.
