abstract A knee spacer system comprising a tibial component (1), the tibial component (1) having a tibial prosthetic body, the tibial prosthetic body having two treads and at least one attachment surface (5, 6) for securing the tibial component (1) to a tibia first connecting means (8) for supplying a medical rinsing fluid into the tibial prosthesis body, a second connecting means (9) for discharging the rinsing fluid from the tibial prosthesis body, a rinsing fluid inlet opening in a surface of the tibial prosthesis body, the first connecting means (8 ) is connected to the rinsing liquid inlet opening, a rinsing liquid outlet opening in the surface of the tibial prosthesis body, the second connecting means (9) being connected to the rinsing liquid outlet opening, at least one rinsing liquid outlet opening (22) in the surface of the tibial prosthesis body, those in the interior n of the tibial prosthesis body is connected to the rinsing liquid inlet opening, and at least one rinsing liquid inlet opening (24) in the surface of the tibial prosthesis body which is connected to the rinsing liquid outlet opening inside the denture body, wherein the at least one rinsing liquid outlet opening (22) and the at least one rinsing liquid inlet opening (24) are arranged outside the at least one fastening surface (5, 6).
