abstract | The invention includes vertical mounted functional vertical disposable reaction systems with vertically mounted semipermeable membrane for sample preparation, chemical reactions, dialysis, enzymatic / microbiological fermentation, multi-stage processes, in vitro protein biosynthesis on a laboratory scale, formed from a body and a replaceable lid with different functions. The system is placed vertically in an external volume consisting of gas, liquid or solid components for exchange across the membrane. The system consists of a dimensionally stable base body and a liquid-tight lid with a function carrier which extends to the bottom of the base body, wherein the dimensionally stable base body forms at least one non-capillary reaction space as an inner volume with at least one semipermeable membrane as a side wall. The high versatility of use results from the combination of variants of the base body with different cover variants for different fields of application. The basic bodies with different membranes and volumes can be coupled with lids with different feed openings, contacts, sensor carriers, gassings, circulation possibilities etc. This results in m different basic bodies and n different cover variants mxn combinations with different properties. |
