abstract |
There is provided a coating apparatus comprising: a mixer (11) adapted to produce a mixed ceramic powder (P3) in which a material containing an organic, a ceramic raw powder (P1) having an average particle size of 10 μm or contains less lubricity imparting compound and acts as an additive (P2) in which ceramic raw powder (P1) is mixed; an ejection device (20) configured to eject the mixed ceramic powder (P3) toward a surface of a base material (B); and a heating device (30) configured to heat the ceramic compound powder (P3) discharged from the ejection device (20) and to vaporize the organic compound of the additive (P2) contained in the ceramic compound powder (P3). |
