abstract A display panel and an electronic device are provided. The display panel comprises: a matrix substrate; a plurality of organic light configurations arranged on the matrix substrate; at least one fingerprint identification unit disposed in a display area on a side of the organic light configurations near the matrix substrate. The fingerprint identification unit executes the fingerprint identification based on the light beams reflected from a touch body on the fingerprint identification unit. Each organic light configuration includes a red organic light configuration, a green organic light configuration, and a blue organic light configuration. In a fingerprint identification phase, the red / green organic light configuration as the light source of the fingerprint identification unit emits light. As compared with the blue organic light configuration, the red / green organic light configuration has a smaller transmissive area toward a side opposite to the display side.
