titleOfInvention | A method for producing a three-dimensional biological structure and thus obtaining this structure |
abstract | The present application relates to a method of biodirecting a three-dimensional biological structure containing living cells having at least two different materials for biodegradation. This method is characterized in that, in at least one step, one of the materials for printing by drop-on-demand printing is applied or introduced. In particular, this method is suitable for printing tissue structures, including those having utility structures. Such structures are in particular cardiostructures, liver structures, kidney structures, alveolar structures, skin structures or neuronal structures. In another aspect, a so-called biological three-dimensional structure is described. Finally, the present application relates to the use of a three-dimensional structure according to the invention as a tissue model, in particular as a model for tissue genesis, for example suitable for testing therapy forms or for stratifying a therapy or for testing or identifying drug candidates. |
