The present invention relates to a device (10) for determining difference indices (300, 400) of end-expiratory impedance values on the basis of EIT data (36) of regions of the lungs of a living being, wherein the EIT data (36) is determined by means of an electric Impedance Tomography Device (30) were obtained. The present invention enables a quantitative assessment of changes in areas of the lung with respect to overstretching or collapse by means of the difference indices (300, 400). |
