titleOfInvention Fluorescence detection of allergies with hybrid nanoparticles
abstract The present invention relates to a method for detecting an immune response in an ex-vivo rapid test, comprising the steps (a) contacting an inorganic-organic hybrid compound consisting of an inorganic cation and an organic anion with a mediator in suspension, the organic anion being added to the inorganic cation in an amount relative to the amount due to the higher affinity of the mediator the mediator is released; (b) photometrically determining the concentration of the free organic anion; (c) correlating the concentration of the free organic anion with the concentration of the mediator; and (d) correlating the concentration of the mediator with the intensity of the immune response.
