abstract |
The invention relates to a method for operating an electronic memristiven component, which consists of a complementary analog reconfigurable memristiven bidirectional resistance switch, which has a three-layer layer and two electrodes. The method according to the invention proposes adapted writing processes which realize the definition of a state pair of complementary resistance states by means of the superposition of write pulse sequences. In conjunction with read pulses of appropriate polarity, the electronic memristive device can implement fuzzy logic and operate as an artificial synapse with the realization of all four learning curves for complementary learning. A plurality of possible uses of the device operated according to the invention is proposed. |
