abstract The invention relates to a method for charging an accelerated electron fluid with the method steps: a) providing the liquid, b) mixing the liquid with particles having at least one phosphor, wherein the particles are formed such that the particles are dispersed in the liquid after mixing, c) applying an electromagnetic radiation to the liquid, which excites the at least one phosphor to luminesce, d) detecting an actual value of a physical quantity characterizing the luminescence of the phosphor, e) pressurizing the fluid with accelerated electrons until the detected actual value corresponds to a desired value.
