A method for producing a three-dimensional sweat gland equivalent, the method comprising the following steps in the order given: a) Provision of isolated sweat glands, b) Provision of a cell preparation of primary sweat gland cells from the sweat glands isolated in process step a), c) applying the cell preparation provided in process step b) to a hydrophilic neutral polymer surface, the cell number of the primary sweat gland cells provided in process step b) in the cell preparation being 10,000 to 500,000 cells per polymer surface, and culturing the applied cell preparation on this polymer surface, d) Isolation of the three-dimensional sweat gland equivalent obtained in process step c) e) optionally cultivation of the three-dimensional sweat gland equivalent isolated in process step d). |
