A micromechanical structure comprises a substrate and a functional structure arranged on the substrate. The functional structure has a functional area adapted to be deflected with respect to the substrate in response to a force acting on the functional area. The functional structure comprises a conductive base layer and a functional structure comprising a stiffening structure with a stiffening structure material disposed on the conductive base layer and only partially covering the conductive base layer in the functional area. The stiffening structure material comprises a silicon material and at least one carbon material. |
