Stable solution of hexamidine salts in alkanediol-water mixtures with anti-microbial and skin-moisturizing action |
abstract |
The invention relates to temperature-stable solutions consisting of a) 0.1-10% by weight of at least one hexamidine salt, b) 40-95% by weight of at least one alkanediol having a C3 to C5 carbon chain and a ClogP of -0.2 to -1.1, c) 5-60% by weight of water and d) optionally one or more additives to adjust the pH of the solution to 3.0 to 6.0 inclusive. |
