abstract | Shown and claimed is a replacement module for use in an assay device for near-patient detection of compounds in a blood sample. A hollow fiber membrane module has a hollow fiber suitable for flow field flow fractionation, with which a blood sample which has flowed into the hollow fiber together with an eluent can be divided into different fractions. A reactor-detector unit comprises a reservoir for a detection solution, a bubble-train reactor and a detection zone. The hollow fiber and the reservoir for a detection solution are connected to the bubble train reactor and the detection zone so that the blood sample divided into fractions in the hollow fiber membrane module together with a detection solution through the bubble train reactor to a detection zone in which a concentration a connection in the blood sample can be detected by means of a detection unit, wherein the detection unit is arranged in an analysis device in which the exchange module is used. Furthermore, an analysis device, a system of an analysis device and a replacement module and a method for near-patient detection of compounds in a blood sample are claimed. |
