Optoelectronic device comprising: a substrate (30) having a first side, a second side opposite the first side, and a first outer boundary; a light emitting unit formed on the first side of the substrate; a first electrode electrically connected to the light emission unit; a second electrode electrically connected to the light emission unit; a heat dissipation block (383) formed between the first and second electrodes and electrically isolated from the light emitting unit; another heat dissipation block (48); and a support device (44) which is formed on the second side of the substrate (30) and which covers a side wall of the substrate, wherein the further heat dissipation block (48) comprises a portion (482) formed on the support device (44) and a second portion (481) formed on the light emitting unit, and wherein the first section has a width greater than a width of the second section, or the heat dissipation block (48) is a dumbbell shape. |
