abstract | The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for inhalation for the treatment of a kidney disease and a method of producing the same, comprising a first gas and an atomized medicament. The first gas includes hydrogen. The gas volume concentration of hydrogen in the pharmaceutical composition is 2 to 96%. The atomized drug is a corticosteroid, an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, an angiotensin II receptor blocker, diuretics, erythropoietin, a phosphate binder, or a combination thereof. The pharmaceutical composition for inhalation according to the present invention can eliminate harmful radicals in the body of the patient using hydrogen and at the same time facilitate absorption of the drug by using an atomized medicament. At the same time, side effects can be reduced indirectly by using a small amount of pharmaceutical liquid for the user. |
