abstract |
The invention relates to a method for producing a vehicle tire having at least one reinforcement layer with Polyhexamethylenadipinamid as a reinforcing material, and a vehicle tire. The method comprises at least the following method steps: a) pre-activation of reinforcements of Polyhexamethylenadipinamid with epoxy and / or isocyanate compounds and b) adhesion impregnation of the preactivated strength member with an RFL dip and c) further processing of the preactivated, adhesion-impregnated reinforcements made of polyhexamethylene adipamide without encasing with a gumming mixture by: i) placing the reinforcement on a tire building machine and then applying at least one rubber mixture or ii) calendering the reinforcement with at least one rubber mixture, wherein the rubber mixture in both cases i) and ii) is free from a methylene acceptor and free from a methylene donor. |
