titleOfInvention Circuit breaker with passively heated and acting on an iron yoke of an electromagnetic release bimetallic element
abstract It is a circuit breaker with at least two connection contacts specified, which are electrically connected within the circuit breaker via a switching contact (1). Furthermore, the circuit breaker comprises an electromagnetic release (2) acting on the switching contact (1), whose coil (3) is connected between the at least two connection contacts, and a bimetallic element (4) acting on the switching contact (1). In the said circuit breaker, the electrical connection between the at least two terminal contacts on the bimetallic element (4) is passed over, and the bimetallic element is thermally coupled to said electromagnetic trigger (2). In addition, the bimetallic element (4) indirectly acts on the switching contact (1) via an iron circuit or iron yoke of the electromagnetic release (2).
