For drying fermentation residues from biogas plants or liquid manure, a digestate dryer (GT) has an evaporator (V) with a heating device (HV). The heater (HV) can be heated with steam or hot water. With several fermentation residue dryers (GT) different plant constellations can be realized for an efficient drying of different fermentation residues. |
