abstract |
Disclosed are a concept for providing biologically optimized light and this concept underlying scientific findings. A corresponding illumination system and a corresponding illumination method are provided with which a biologically optimized illumination situation in a location area can be produced, which is characterized by at least one characteristic of several characteristics. The relevant characteristics of the illumination are a) a continuous spectrum, b) an illumination cycle adapted to the human circadian rhythm with a defined spectral and / or intensity variation of the light and color temperature variability to set at least one of the following color temperatures: c) about 5000 to 7000 Kelvin or predominantly blue light, d) about 3300 to 5000 Kelvin or balanced light and e) less than about 3000 Kelvin or predominantly red light. |
