titleOfInvention | Detergent containing proteases |
abstract | The present invention relates to a detergent, preferably automatic dishwashing detergent, with improved cleaning performance, in particular on enzyme-sensitive stubborn stains, which agent comprises a first and a second protease, wherein a) the first protease comprises an amino acid sequence which corresponds to the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 1 is at least 80% identical over its entire length and at least one amino acid substitution at one of the positions 9, 15, 66, 212 and 239 in the count according to SEQ ID NO. 1, and b) the second protease is selected from the group consisting of b1) protease comprising an amino acid sequence corresponding to the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 2 amino acid sequence is identical to the total length of at least 80% identical and in the count according to SEQ ID NO. 2 at position 99 has the amino acid glutamic acid (E); b2) protease comprising an amino acid sequence corresponding to the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 2 amino acid sequence is identical to the total length of at least 80% identical and in the count according to SEQ ID NO. Figure 2 has the amino acid substitution R99E in combination with at least two other amino acid substitutions selected from the group consisting of S3T, V4I and V199I; and b3) protease comprising an amino acid sequence which corresponds to the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 1 is at least 80% identical over its entire length and has the amino acid substitution S99A in combination with an insertion between positions 99 and 100 in the BPN 'count, the inserted amino acid being aspartic acid (D); as well as the use of this agent and cleaning methods, in particular automatic dishwashing processes in which it is used. |
