There is provided a method of making a towel comprising: a) a terry fabric manufacturing step of providing a pile warp made by bonding or twisting core yarn and cover yarn or covering the core yarn with the cover yarn, between the weft yarns at the time of weaving a lower yarn B) a primary dyeing step of dyeing the pile warp in the terry cloth, c) a bleaching and rinsing step of the terry cloth fabric from step b), and d) a secondary dyeing step of dyeing the bottom portion of the terry cloth wherein steps b) to d) are performed in the same bath and the core yarn and cover yarn are spaced apart to thereby be separated from each other in the primary dyeing step. A towel according to the present invention having a multi-layered structure using a pile warp having a composite yarn structure can increase an absorbency which is insufficient in the existing towel. In addition, in the pile warp, as the core yarn, microfiber is used, and a natural fiber such as bamboo fiber or the like is used as the cover yarn, making it possible to provide environmentally friendly and philanthropic properties which are advantages of natural fibers while maintaining strength, which is an advantage of Synthetic fiber is. |
