abstract |
A method of manufacturing a TEM lamination includes placing a self-supporting protection device on a surface of a substrate; bonding the protection device to the substrate; cutting out a lamella from the substrate by means of a particle jet so that the lamella remains connected to at least part of the protective device; connecting a first tool to the blade; and removing the fin from a remaining portion of the substrate by moving the first tool relative to the substrate. |
