Electrolytic solution and electrolytic capacitor |
abstract |
An electrolytic solution with alkyl-functionalized silicon dioxide is specified which, compared to conventional electrolytic solutions which either contain no silicon dioxide or non-alkyl-functionalized silicon dioxide, has an increased dielectric strength even at higher temperatures, increased stability in an alkaline or acidic environment and easier processing. Furthermore, an electrolytic capacitor with an electrolytic solution according to the invention is the subject of the invention. |
