Method for detecting urine odor from air conditioners Reproducing the urine odor and producing a corresponding urine odor composition |
abstract |
A method of identifying the compounds that contribute to an urine odor from an air conditioner, a method of artificially reproducing the detected urine odor, and producing a corresponding urine odor composition are disclosed herein. By the analysis method of the present invention, the compounds contributing to the urine smell from an air conditioner can be identified and quantified. The detected urine smell can be reproduced from a combination of the compounds identified by the analysis method of the present invention. The reproduced urine smell can provide important data necessary for the development of a device and method for removing specific odors. |
