titleOfInvention Sensor for the detection of particles
abstract A sensor (10) for detecting particles, in particular soot particles, is proposed. The sensor (10) comprises at least two measuring electrodes (16) and a heating element (14). The measuring electrodes (16) are arranged on a chip (18) made of an electrically insulating material or on this via an electrically insulating intermediate layer. The sensor (10) further comprises a ceramic substrate (12) on which the heating element (14) is arranged. The chip (18) is connected to the ceramic substrate (12). The chip (18) is made of a material with high thermal conductivity.
