Sliding resin composition comprising: a fluororesin; and calcium fluoride and a fluororesin film-forming agent contained in the fluororesin, characterized in that the calcium fluoride is dispersed in particulate form in the fluororesin, and the fluorine resin film-forming agent is embedded in a particle surface of the calcium fluoride in a state in which the entire particles of the fluorine resin film-forming agent are completely embedded in the particle surface of calcium fluoride, or in a state of adhering in which a part of the surface of the particle of the fluororesin film-forming agent are embedded in the particle surface of calcium fluoride; in which the fluororesin film-forming agent comprises one or more inorganic compounds selected from the group consisting of calcium phosphate, barium phosphate, magnesium phosphate, lithium phosphate, lithium triphosphate, calcium triphosphate, calcium hydrogenphosphate or the anhydride thereof, magnesium hydrogenphosphate or the anhydride thereof, lithium pyrophosphate, calcium pyrophosphate, magnesium pyrophosphate, lithium metaphosphate, calcium metaphosphate, Magnesium metaphosphate, lithium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, strontium carbonate, barium carbonate, calcium sulfate and barium sulfate; and the average particle diameter of the fluororesin film-forming agent is 1 / 1.5 or less of the average particle diameter of the calcium fluoride. |
