titleOfInvention Dynamic bone anchoring device
abstract The dynamic stabilization of the spine requires implants that allow high mobility and at the same time develop a sufficient stabilizing effect. In addition, an implant system is needed regularly, which can be easily adapted to the anatomical conditions. Implants according to the current state of the art allow in the dynamic section either only a low mobility or are often subject to material fatigue. This problem is solved by the present invention by providing a dynamic stabilizer that is easily combinable with known pedicle screws. In addition, connectivity and arrangements to a rigid connection bar are presented. The dynamic stabilizer has one or more loops that extend substantially "8" or "S" shaped around the pedicle screws so as to provide a greater distance for the elastic deformation of these loops. This allows an extremely high elasticity and fatigue strength for the main load directions bending, compression and distraction, as well as the secondary load directions rotation and translation.
