There is provided a method of manufacturing a flexible device, comprising: providing a rigid support (60); Forming an adhesive layer (62) having a given pattern on the rigid support; Forming a flexible substrate layer (63) on the rigid support, wherein a portion of the flexible substrate layer is in contact with the rigid support to form a first contact interface (610) and the remainder is in contact with the adhesive layer about a second contact interface To form (620); Forming at least one device on the surface of the flexible substrate layer (63) opposite the first contact interface (610); and separating the flexible substrate from the rigid support (60) by the first contact interface (610). |
