Disclosed is a thermoplastic elastomer composition which will provide a low environmental impact and superior mechanical properties, wherein the composition is prepared by melt-kneading 10 to 90 parts of a copolymer rubber (A) based on ethylene-α-olefin, 1 to 50 parts of a thermoplastic Resin (B) other than a petroleum resource, 0.01 to 20 parts of a modified copolymer (C) based on ethylene, 1 to 50 parts of a polymer (D) based on propylene, 0.001 to 5 parts of a crosslinking agent (E) and 0 to 50 parts of a plasticizer (F) based on mineral oil, wherein the amounts of the components (A), (B), (D) and (F) are by weight based on the total amount of the added Components (A), (B), (D) and (F) are calculated as 100 parts by weight, and the amounts of components (C) and (E) are amounts based on the total amount of components (A), (B ), (D) and (F ) are calculated as 100 parts by weight. |
