titleOfInvention | Cellulose regenerated fibers, their preparation and use |
abstract | The invention relates to cellulose regenerated fibers of a low titer with largely excluded fibrillation tendency as micro or super microfilaments. Furthermore, the invention relates to a process for the advantageous production of such fibers by wet or dry-wet spinning, comprising the steps of (a) dissolving the cellulose in a solvent to prepare a spinning solution and (b) wet or dry-wet spinning the A spinning solution using a spinneret with a workpiece (15) having microholes (12), the microholes (12) having a diameter (d) of less than 70 μm, in particular less than 60 μm, and the wall thickness (W) of the Workpiece (15) in the transverse direction (z) is formed at most so strong that the aspect ratio between the wall thickness (W) of the workpiece (15) and the diameter (d) of the microholes (12) at least 3: 1, in particular at least 5: 1, and the spinning solution is precipitated in a coagulating bath to substantially non-fibrillating cellulose filaments. These regenerated cellulose fibers can be used in a variety of applications, in particular for the advantageous production of carbon fibers by carbonation, if appropriate with subsequent graphitization, and in textile structures. |
