abstract |
The present invention relates to a transgenic plant of the species Solanum tuberosum with a resistance to an Oomycete of the genus Phytophthora, transgenic parts of such a plant, processes for their preparation and an agent for external application in plants. Firstly, nucleotide sequences according to SEQ ID NOS: 1-43 from P. infestans are provided in a host plant-mediated gene silencing approach in potato plants, and secondly as a fungicide for plant treatment. |
