titleOfInvention Luminous device with metallization area equipped with semiconductor light chip
abstract The invention relates to a lighting device (L2), comprising an electrically insulating substrate (1) having at least one metallization region (9), wherein the at least one metallization region (9) is equipped with at least one p-polarized semiconductor luminescent chip (10), which serves as a cathode with a metallization region (9) electrically connectable back contact surface and as an anode front side contact surface (5), and with at least one n-poled semiconductor luminescent chip (4), which as an anode with a metallization region (9) electrically connectable back ground and as a cathode a front-side contact surface (5), wherein the at least one metallization region (9) is in each case equipped both with a p-polarized semiconductor light-emitting chip (10) and with an n-polarized semiconductor light-emitting chip (4). The invention is applicable, for example, to general lighting, stage lighting, to projectors (e.g., for computers, video projectors or mobile projectors, e.g., as a part of a handheld device), as well as to light coupling into optical fibers, particularly endoscopes.
