titleOfInvention | Stepwise synthesizable capture compounds and methods for protein isolation from complex mixtures |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for the isolation of protein molecules. A sample is contacted with a first compound of general formula (I). X is a light activatable function, Y is a selectivity of less than 3500 μ molecular weight. D can selectively form a covalent connection with a second connector function E. S are spacers. The reactivity function is activated by light, then the sample is contacted with a second compound ESFSQ. F is a light-splitting function and Q is a sorting function. After combining D and E, the molecules containing Q are separated from the sample. Subsequently, it is split with light F. By removing Q-containing molecules, proteins are obtained in isolation. |
