Process for the biotechnical utilization of lingnocellulose |
abstract |
The invention relates to a method for the biotechnical utilization of lignocellulosic raw materials, in particular lignocellulose from annual plants, in which both the carbohydrate and the lignin portion of a material processing are supplied. The method relates to the chemical digestion of lignocellulose for separation into the lignin and carbohydrate fraction in order to use the separated lignin fraction for recycling. The carbohydrate content of the digested lignocellulose is determined by means of cellulase / hemicellulase enzyme complexes from the mutant fungi Penicillium verruculosum DSM 8069 or Penicillium verruculosum DSM 8070 or the enzyme-forming agent isolated from these mutant fungi, for example Penicillium verruculosum M28-10b = DSM 24317 simultaneous saccharification and fermentation in monomeric or oligomeric sugars hydrolyzed to obtain alcohols. |
