abstract |
A transformant of a recombinant plasmid containing multi-copy CpG motifs is disclosed. The recombinant plasmid containing an immunostimulatory polynucleotide having a sequence of the continuous multiple copy CpG motifs is transformed into a host cell to form the transformant such that the multi-copy CpG motifs of the immunostimulatory polynucleotide are stable and fast Mass production are expressed. The immunostimulatory polynucleotide, the recombinant plasmid containing the immunostimulatory polynucleotide, the transformant containing the recombinant plasmid, or any combination thereof may serve as an adjunct to avian vaccines. Such an adjuvant can significantly reduce the burden and cost of the adjuvant and specifically improve the avian vaccines having low immunization strength and effectively solve the problem of complicated chemical modification of the prior art DNA adjuvant. |
