abstract |
A layer composite material for sliding elements is described which comprises a base layer made of a copper or aluminum-containing alloy and an overlay layer applied to the surface of a sliding element, wherein the sliding layer comprises 90-99.6% by weight of tin or tin alloy with a tin content of more as 60 wt .-% and 0.2-6 wt .-% solid lubricant particles having a Mohs hardness ≤ 3 and a particle size ≤ 10 microns. Furthermore, a method for producing the layer composite material and the use thereof for plain bearings will be described. |
