titleOfInvention Superconducting structures on circuits or circuit elements, production of these structures and their use
abstract The invention describes the production of integrated superconducting structures in circuits and circuit elements based on silicon or germanium wafers by implementing precipitations, new chemical compounds or doping via ion implantation and subsequent short-time annealing. Advantage of these structures is the cost-effective production, and the higher power density of these circuits with respect to transistor circuits. These structures allow the control of quantum mechanical interference phenomena by means of an external magnetic field or magnetic field generated on the chip. Another application is provided by logic circuits for quantum computing.
