abstract | Method for producing a cover of a light-emitting diode, comprising the following steps: Applying a first sealant layer (30); Applying a phosphor powder (40) to a surface of the first sealant layer (30), wherein the phosphor powder (40) is evenly distributed; Applying a second sealant layer (31) to the phosphor powder (40), wherein the first sealant layer (30) is completely covered by the second sealant layer (31) such that the phosphor powder (40) is interposed between the first and second sealant layers (30, 31 ) is trapped; Heating and punching the first sealant layer (30), the phosphor powder (40) and the second sealant layer (31) into a compact unit; and Cutting the compact assembly from the first sealant layer, the phosphor powder and the second sealant layer to form a cover of a light emitting diode. |
