The invention relates to a method for producing a motor vehicle component (10), in particular a heat exchanger (14), having a thermoelectric generator (12) which is in thermal contact with the motor vehicle component (14) at least on one side, in which a first layer (22) is applied from an electrically insulating material on a surface (20) of the component (14), a second layer (24) of a conductive material is partially applied to the first layer (22), a third layer (26) made of a conductive material is applied to the second layer (24), semiconductor elements (16) of the generator (12) are contacted by the third layer (26) in the manner of a series connection. |
