The present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsion having a high oil phase content and cleaning effects, comprising, based on the total weight of the emulsion, 45-90% by weight of an oil phase, 5-45% by weight of an aqueous phase, 3 10% by weight of an emulsifier component in which each individual emulsifier has an HLB value of 8-18 and the total emulsifier component has a combined HLB value of 10-15, and 2-20% by weight of a detergent component with an HLB Value of greater than 18. Further, the present invention relates to a process for producing the emulsifier and the use thereof. The oil-in-water emulsion is storage stable, it can, when applied, release oil / fat for skin care; when washed with water, it becomes an emulsion which is easy to clean and leaves a moist and non-greasy feel to the skin; so that it can be widely used in personal care products and cosmetic products. |
