titleOfInvention | Friction lining for torque transmission |
abstract | The invention relates to a friction lining for torque transmission, comprising a substrate (10), a binder (22) and friction-active fillers (18, 20), the binder (22) having completely saturated the substrate (10) and the fillers (18, 20) on the substrate (10) so that smaller filler particles (18) are increasingly on the surface of the substrate (10) and have partially penetrated into the substrate (10). The invention also relates to a method for producing a friction lining for torque transmission, comprising the following steps: First, a substrate (10) is provided which is porous. Then, in a single step, a mixture (12) of a binder (22) and friction-active fillers (18, 20) is applied to the substrate (10) in a predetermined layer thickness. The binder (22) is then cured. |
