Shown is a diaphragm device (10), in particular for fluorescence endoscopy. The diaphragm device (10) comprises a first, radially inner region (14), which is translucent at least for a predetermined spectral range. Furthermore, it comprises a second region (16) which surrounds the first region (14) radially on the outside and which, for one or more spectral excerpts from the said predetermined spectral region, has an increased transmission compared to the remainder of the predetermined spectral region. The second region (16) is surrounded radially outwardly by a third region (26) which is opaque to the entire predetermined spectral range or substantially opaque. |
