The photosensitive layer (31a) of the first layer array (Z11) and the photosensitive layer (31b) of the second layer array (Z12) are respectively disposed on the portion (11) of the conductive layer (10), the respective photosensitive layers (31a, 31b ) of the first and second layer assemblies are each spaced apart by a trench (G3).
