abstract | The invention relates to a process for the preparation of silanes of the general formula I R 1 -C (= O) -OR 2 -SiR 3 3 (I), by reacting at least one salt of a carboxylic acid of the general formula II [R 1 -C (OO) -O] a [M a + ] (II), with at least one silane of the general formula III XR 2 -SiR 3 3 (III), the process comprising at least one distillative process step in which the distillate contains at least one silane of the general formula I and at least one high-boiling solvent HS-LM is present, wherein HS-LM, measured at the pressure at which the distillation process step is carried out, has a higher boiling point than the silane of the general formula I, and wherein X, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , M a + and a have the meanings given in claim 1. |
